Hasbro Q&A - The Answers
Reported By - Phill - 12:06:39 (GMT)
You asked the questions, and once again Hasbro has come up with the goods...so if you like Rebel Pilots, mailaway offers, and firm denials - read on !

Thanks again to Marc and Joe at Hasbro for answering our questions. Remember, the deadline for the next round is 05-10-07 - foward your submissions to Hasbro questions here at TPU !

1. Might we see more multi-packs (such as Mandalorians, Astromechs, Death Star Briefing Room) in '08/'09 ? Can you give us an idea of what characters might be being considered - ANH Pilots Briefing Room or the 'Rogues Gallery' from the front of the Dark Horse 'Rogue Squadron Encyclopedia' for example?

Yes, you will see some boxed sets next year, but the final themes have yet to be determined. We're glad you like the Rebel pilots - we do too, and are trying to find ways to get some more of these largely unsung heroes out there like we are with Tycho this Fall. We think you will be very pleased with some interesting figures next year...that's all we can say right now!

2. Can UK fans use the US coupons from the VOTC 2007 figures to claim the Ultimate Galactic Hunt mail-in Coin Set? Will we need a UK form or can we use the US one? What address do we send them to ?

We have checked with our UK brand team, and they have said it's OK, but you will need to send to the UK address: Hasbro UK Ltd, PO Box 43, Newport, NP19 4YD.

3. From your previous answers it seems you are happy to talk about other Lucasfilm franchises in the context of action figures (eg, Indiana Jones). Therefore, I'd like to bring up the subject of Willow. A convention / online boxed set of Madmartigan, Sorsha, Willow Ufgood and General Kael would rock - any chance we'll see you do something similar in the future ?

We talk about the franchises to which we have the rights to produce toys, and that only covers Star Wars and Indiana Jones.
